Wondering where to go for a Pre Christmas Lunch in Dundee?

The Bridgeview Station

We can’t guarantee you’ll be looking out on a winter wonderland but the Bridgeview are starting December as they mean to go on; in full festive menu mode. With a delicious 2 and 3 course menu packed with flavours that are sure to get the taste buds tingling. We reckon it’s going to be popular choice, so make sure you book ahead.

Forgan’s in Broughty Ferry

Forgan’s have built a bit of a reputation for hosting fantastic feasts and throwing Christmassy ceilidhs to spread a good old dose of festive cheer.

Innis & Gunn

Tis the season & Innis & Gunn are feeling generous. They’re inviting you to dine with them across the festive season for an Innis & Gunn beer or fizz on the house. They’ll also gift you a January Bounce Back Card (50% off all food, Sun-Thurs, throughout January). Very nice of them.

The Caird

The Caird are bringing the party atmosphere on the 10th and 17th of December with Santa’s Christmas Lunches. How does the big man find the time?

Ideal for office parties who are wanting to get into the Christmas spirit but can’t make the later evenings. Includes a three course lunch, disco and festivities from 12pm until 4pm. All for £25 per person.

Bruach Bar & Restaurant

We love the twist Bruach in Broughty Ferry are bringing with some different festive flavours on their menu…..

Birkhill Inn

We know what we’re getting with the Birkie and that’s a good thing. They’re offering a nice compact menu and of course they’ve got their famous steak pie on the menu ( I wonder if they’ll serve Brussels Sprouts with it? ). Christmas menu is available from on the 1st of December and you can choose either a one, two and three course option.

Vandal & Co

Vandal & Co want you to fall in love with Christmas all over again and a tasty looking Christmas menu has something for everyone. They serve smaller plates that pack a punch. So you’ve got the option to mix and match and eat as many dishes and courses as you fancy! Well, it is nearly Christmas after all.

Invercarse Hotel

The Invercarse are still celebrating their 75th year and the Christmas lunches will be on from the 7th. If this menu whets the appetite then why not get them to prepare your Christmas Day Lunch for you. You can pick up an ‘ready to pop in the oven’ lunch with all the trimmings on the 23rd of 24th. You’ll need to be quick and get your order in by the 13th of December.

Jute Cafe & Bar

Soak up a bit culture just like a Christmas pud (or that Uncle) soaks up the Brandy at the Jute Cafe & Bar, located in the DCA. Christmas Menu starts off on the 26th of November and why not catch a film at their cinema after.

Milton Inn

A real favourite with locals, the Milton Inn is a short drive from the city centre in Monifieth. Open Wednesday to Sunday. When it comes to Christmas lunches this family owned restaurant is just like Santa; they always deliver the goods.

Italian Grill

Last, but not least is the italian Grill in City Square. They’re off to a flyer with an early launch of their menu to coincide with all the festivities happening in the city centre from the 26th of November.
